Project Fit is a program that is based on the Crossfit principle of constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. We took the basics from Crossfit and eliminated the use of any heavy barbell lifting. The workouts are designed with easy to learn movements that we go over together in detail before each workout.
Each session lasts 45 minutes to an hour and includes a dynamic warmup designed to get your body primed to work safely and effectively, an explanation of the movements step by step, as well as a high intensity workout and a cool down. The main body of the Project Fit workout session is comprised of strength and aerobic conditioning exercises, which can implement any of the following, and more:
-Body weight Movements(push ups, sit ups, pull ups, air -squats, Lunges, bear crawl and more)
There are a lot of similarities between Project Fit and Crossfit, but the main difference is that in Project Fit, there’s no heavy barbell work and technical movements such as the Olympic Lifts. Project Fit is more of a continuous, high-paced workout, with less breaks, and not a lot of technical movements.
In Project Fit you will develop your endurance, stamina, strength and speed. whether you're an athlete, or just getting back in the workout routine, all of these skills will benefit you . Don’t be intimidated, everyone starts somewhere and you do not have to be in good shape to start Project Fit. Whatever your goals may be we can help you achieve the fittest you possible. I If you’re consistent and disciplined with your eating and you attend all the workouts, you can expect to see great results, including increasing your strength, agility and coordination. Results are earned and if you stick to the program and make all our your workouts, you will see results.
Project Fit is designed for all fitness levels and ages. You don’t have to be fit to start. We’ll have athletes of all levels and ages working hard right next to you.
