This week, our box started a nutrition challenge, with "The Zone" way of eating as our basis for the challenge. Some of Crossfit's best performers are Zone eaters. We also encourage participants to set goals for themselves, and hope this challenge becomes a lifestyle choice for our CFG athletes, and not "just another diet".
