CrossFit Galveston’s focus is to promote overall increased athleticism through constantly varied movements in WODs (Workouts Of the Day). These varied movements and intensity train your body to be prepared for the unknown. Over time your performance will improve in any activity you are involved in. Whether its climbing up stairs, surfing, or competing in a Triathlon, the gains are noticeable and measurable. You will feel better, look better and be better.
Intro classes are provided for all new members to teach you proper movements and techniques you will be using during the workouts and to ensure you are comfortable with them. We want all of our members to have a solid understanding of the exercises they will be doing as well as be confident in their knowledge to avoid injury. All workouts are customized to meet the needs of each every member at any level whether it is adjusting weight or modifying the movement itself. Any WOD can be altered to fit your individual needs. Whether you have a mobility limitation or an existing injury, we can help you work around it.
